A welcome kit is often the first thing a new joiner gets from the company: on the desk on day one, or handed over at induction. HR and admin teams order them for campus batches, for a new office or team, or to keep a few ready for people joining through the year.
If your joiners come in batches, plan the kits around your joining dates and tell us the batch sizes. If people join one or two at a time, it helps to settle on one kit you can order again.
